At Vita Designs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for our valued customers.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.Furniture must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.Custom-made or personalized furniture pieces are not eligible for return unless defective.Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
Returns Process
- Contact our support team at info@vitadesigns.online to initiate a return request with your order number.Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.Schedule a pickup or drop off the item at a designated carrier location.Once the item is received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days), we will process your refund.
Damaged Furniture Items
Furniture is susceptible to damage during shipping. Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, document it on the shipping bill and take photographs of both the packaging and the damaged piece. Report these issues to us within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed in USD and will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
