Shipping Regions

Vita Designs ships its curated furniture collections from our European workshops directly to customers across the United States. We ensure all international logistics are managed with precision to deliver quality craftsmanship to your doorstep.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: Most items are handcrafted to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing and quality inspection.
Standard Delivery: 15-25 business days from the date of dispatch.
White-Glove Delivery: 20-30 business days (includes scheduled appointment).

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the items, and the selected delivery service. All prices and fees are processed in USD.

Orders under $2,000: Flat rate of $150.
Orders over $2,000: Free standard shipping.
White-Glove Service: Additional $250 flat fee per order.

Order Tracking & Refusal

Once your order is dispatched from our European fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please monitor your tracking for updates regarding customs clearance and local delivery appointments. In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect information or refusal of entry, redelivery fees may apply.

Furniture-Specific Notes

Large items such as sofas, dining tables, and beds are shipped in specialized crates to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure that your entryways, hallways, and elevators can accommodate the dimensions of the ordered pieces. Our White-Glove delivery includes room-of-choice placement, light assembly, and removal of packing materials.
